AirCare Solutions Group Acquires Air Elegance Crew Staffing Business
SAVANNAH, GA, January 11, 2004 - AirCare Solutions Group announced today that it has acquired California-based Air Elegance's crew staffing business.
"Air Elegance has enjoyed a fantastic reputation for providing flight departments with the highest caliber of flight attendants." said Douglas Mykol, CEO of AirCare Solutions Group. "With the acquisition of Air Elegance we will be able to complement our crew training services with crew staffing. This will allow us to assist both professional crewmembers looking for placement and flight operations looking for high-quality personnel."

AirCare Solutions Group will call the new staffing business AirCare Crews™ and will immediately begin extending services by including pilots, mechanics and dispatchers for contract or permanent placement.
"Our crewmembers are fully covered by workers compensation, general liability, and hired/non-owned automobile and we take care of all state and federal payroll tax," said Mykol. "This takes a huge liability and IRS burden off flight departments and allows them to concentrate more on running their operation and less on the human resources aspect."
