AirCare Solutions Group Adds Flight Attendant Service Training to FACTS® Training Offering
SAVANNAH, GA, January 11, 2004 - AirCare Solutions Group announced today that it will begin offering a new Flight Attendant Service Training module with it's regularly scheduled FACTS® Crewmember Training classes beginning in February 2004.
The two-day Initial Flight Attendant Service Training will include a comprehensive business aviation indoctrination section, flight attendant duties, professional service procedures, galley safety, food handling certification and catering among other topics. A half-day Recurrent Flight Attendant Service Training module will cover advanced service techniques for seasoned flight attendants.
"Service Training is a natural extension of our current FACTS® Training offering." said Douglas Mykol, CEO of AirCare Solutions Group. "With the addition of Flight Attendant Service Training we have the ability to offer our students a single source for both service and safety training. Utilizing the FACTS cabin simulators, corporate aircraft, and some new classroom training devices, we believe that this service training is the best available."
