The Aircare FACTS®  Team

Jeffrey Roberts, President & CEO; Jeff's background is both in business-formation, corporate finance and operations. With an undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and a Masters in Finance from Seattle University, Jeff was a founding team-member of Central Media, Inc., (acquired by DG Systems (NASDAQ: DGIT), and later presided as a Senior Vice President for Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Science division. While at Comerica, Jeff was responsible for allocating and managing over $600 million in Senior debt over a nine-year period. Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees as Treasurer for Henry's Fork Foundation, an Idaho-based conservation organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the natural surroundings and resources within the Upper Henry's Fork Watershed. Dale Eldredge, B.A.; With an extensive career as an executive in corporate sales, account management and small business ownership, Dale's 30 years in the travel industry and event management arena provides him with a comprehensive background suited for the position of Sales and Marketing Director focusing on business development. G. Blain Stanley, EMT.D; Along with being an experienced firefighter/paramedic and Sea/Air/Rescue (SAR) team leader, Blain has held emergency responder positions in rural, city, and remote fire departments and has worked as a firefighter/medic for government facilities in the Marshal Islands. Blain is also a certified Divemaster. An experienced Lead Aircare FACTS® trainer since 1992 and is Manager of the Aircare FACTS® West Coast Training Center (DFW). [Email: blain.s@factstraining.com]

Lauren Jarmoszko, FA; Lauren began her career as a corporate flight attendant and manager in 1992, when she attended her first Aircare FACTS® Training. Lauren is currently manager of the Aircare FACTS® NE Training Center, in Morristown, NJ. Utilizing her people skills and her vast corporate experience, she trains both service and emergency procedures programs for Aircare FACTS® around the world. [Email: lauren.j@factstraining.com]

Traci Gross, FA; Traci's background includes 15 years in aviation, from aerial spraying to commercial and corporate flight attendant positions and 4 years as the Lead Corporate Inflight Instructor for a major fractional operator. Traci is an accomplished instructor for Aircare FACTS® Training, and Assistant Manager of the Dallas training Center (DFW). [Email: traci.g@factstraining.com]

Brian Hayvaz, EMT.P; Brian is an experienced firefighter/paramedic and owns Emergency Medical Training Associates; a leader in corporate and industrial first aid programs throughout the country. He and his company have trained over 30,000 students. An experienced trainer, Brian brings his emergency response experience and his unique teaching abilities to Aircare FACTS® and Aircare. Nancy Connell, FA; Nancy began her career as a Physical Education and Health teacher before making the transition into aviation in 1987. Nancy's combined commercial and corporate flight attendant experience is on a variety of executive aircraft as the BBJ, Challenger, Gulfstream and many commercial aircraft, such as Boeing, Airbus, and others. Scott Arnold, FA; Scott began his aviation career in 1988, as a commercial flight attendant and made the transition into corporate in 2001. Prior to aviation, he started his service career in hotel management as a service specialist, troubleshooter, and trainer. He has extensive training in culinary, fine dining, service and etiquette. Dale McBurney, EMT.D, FA; Dale is an Emergency Medical Technician and a working Contact Flight Attendant. He has experience in heavy and cabin-class aircraft such as; Challenger, Falcon, Gulfstream, BBJ and private B767. Dale has served as a Lead Flight Attendant and Flight Department Manager. He brings extensive international and culinary skills along with his unique teaching abilities to Aircare FACTS®. He is a Lead Aircare FACTS® Trainer. [Email: dale.m@factstraining.com]

Patricia Adams, FA; Pattie's background includes 29 years as a commercial flight attendant and 5 years as a corporate flight attendant. For 15 years, she was a United Airline's training coordinator and, most recently, was the designer and developer of the Alteon/Boeing Company's Cabin Safety and Service Training programs. In joining the the Aircare FACTS® team, she brings program development skills and an extensive training background, which includes commercial, corporate, and military crewmembers. She is an Associate Aircare FACTS® Trainer.

Kevin Armstrong, MA, NREMT.P; Kevin is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Additionally, for over 18 years, he has been an active Fire Fighter/Paramedic. He has been involved in aviation as a counselor and advisor on many major aviation accidents and as an emergency and medical trainer for Aircare International. Kevin provides training and assistance for custom Aircare FACTS® programs and Aircare InFlight Medical courses. [Email: kevin.a@factstraining.com]

Dr. Brad E. Waite, D.O.; Brad has been Board Certified in Emergency Medicine since 1987. He is currently a protocol review physician with the Western Institutional Review Board; an emergency physician in Olympia, WA; as well as the drug testing crew chief for the US Olympic Committee. Brad has been a flight surgeon and the Chief of Aeromedical Services at McChord Air Force Base. He is a private pilot, FAA Senior Medical Examiner and the Medical Program Director for Aircare FACTS® Training/Aircare International.
