The FACTS® Team Dr. Doug Mykol, EMT.D., N.D.; founder and president of AirCare International, LTD. Doug is trained as a naturopathic physician, also trained as an Emergency Medical Technician, an Infectious Disease Control educator, and a private pilot. Doug began his career in aviation safety education in 1988. He is the author of several specialized first aid programs and manuals, including the FACTS® Training Manual, InFlight Emergency Medical and Defibrillator Training, and ALERT™ First Aid, as well as being a member of the National Flight Paramedics Association and numerous other professional organizations. In 1997, Doug formed AirCare International, providing defibrillation and emergency medical equipment, training, and tele-medical /tele-assistance services, worldwide. As of February 1, 1998, Doug and AirCare International purchased FACTS Training International merging the two companies forming the largest corporate aircrew emergency procedures training company in the world. Dorene manages the day-to-day operations of the FACTS/AirCare headquarters. She has 20-plus years experience as an office/business manager, financial management, and governmental legislative liaison for education and business. [Email: dorene.m@aircaresolutionsgroup.com] Dale Eldredge, B.A.; With an extensive career as an executive in corporate sales, account management and small business ownership, Dale's 30 years in the travel industry and event management arena provides him with a comprehensive background suited for the position of Sales and Marketing Director focusing on business development. Blain Stanley, EMT.D; Along with being an experienced firefighter/paramedic and Sea/Air/Rescue (SAR) team leader, Blain has held emergency responder positions in rural, city, and remote fire departments, and has worked as a firefighter/medic for government facilities in the Marshal Islands. Blain is also a certified Divemaster. An experienced FACTS trainer since 1992, the National Director for FACTS and AirCare. [Email: blain.s@factstraining.com] Lauren Jarmoszko, FA; Lauren has 17 years experience as a corporate flight attendant and manager. Lauren is currently manager of the FACTS NE Training Center, in Morristown, NJ. Utilizing her people skills and her vast corporate experience, she trains both service and emergency procedures programs for FACTS around the world [Email: lauren.j@factstraining.com] Traci Gross, FA; Traci's background includes 15 years in aviation, from aerial spraying to commercial and corporate flight attendant positions and 4 years as the Lead Corporate Inflight Instructor for a major fractional operator. Traci is an Associate Trainer for FACTS Training, and Assistant Manager of our Dallas training Center at SimuFlite - Dallas. [Email: traci.g@factstraining.com] Brian Hayvaz, EMT.P; Brian is an experienced firefighter/paramedic and owns Emergency Medical Training Associates; a leader in corporate and industrial first aid programs throughout the country. He and his company have trained over 30,000 students. An experienced trainer, Brian brings his emergency response experience and his unique teaching abilities to FACTS and AirCare. Brian is a qualified Crewmember, and a Lead FACTS and AirCare Trainer. [Email: brian.h@factstraining.com] Monica Cleveland, FA; Monica has 35 years of experience as a professional flight attendant with American Airlines including 25 years as a Flight Service Instructor teaching emergency and ditching procedures, CPR and Defibrillation and enhanced FAA security training. Monica holds a private pilots license and regularly flies her vintage Piper Cub. Monica is an Associate FACTS Trainer. [Email: monica.c@factstraining.com] Barry Connell, ATP; Barry is an ATP rated pilot, with over 16000 hrs in Challenger, Falcon, Fokker, and Boeing aircraft. Barry is President of Corporate Flight Solutions which provides inflight service training support and consulting for FACTS training. He is an experienced flight instructor and an Associate FACTS Trainer. [Email: barry.c@factstraining.com] Nancy Connell, FA; Nancy began her career as a Physical Education and Health teacher before making the transition into aviation. Nancy has over 17 years of combined commercial and corporate flight attendant experience on a variety of executive aircraft as the BBJ, Challenger, Gulfstream and commercial aircraft, such as Boeing 727, 737, 757, Airbus A330, A321, and A319/20. She has been an Inflight Service Instructor for Corporate Flight Solutions and now an Associate FACTS Trainer. Scott began his career as a hotel service specialist, troubleshooter, and trainer before making his transition into aviation in 1988. He has extensive training in the fields of culinary, fine dining, and etiquette service. He has been the lead instructor for Corporate Flight Solutions Inflight Service Training and is experienced on virtually all corporate aircraft. Scott is an Associate FACTS Trainer. [Email: scott.a@factstraining.com] Dave Navarro, NREMT.D; Dave is a former Detective/Sgt. with Airborne Law Enforcement experience for a major metropolitan police department, a private pilot, a fire fighter, and an EMT. As an experienced emergency services trainer, he brings both a unique teaching style and variety of experiences to the FACTS programs. Currently, he works as a corporate flight attendant in Southern California and is an Associate FACTS Trainer. [Email: dave.n@factstraining.com] Paul Hansrote, B.S.; Paul is an ATP rated corporate pilot, with over 7,000 hours in light and mid-size jet aircraft. He is Chief Pilot and Director of Aviation for a Florida company since 1997. Paul has been a FACTS client since 1998 and now brings his aviation experience and his program development skills to the FACTS program. Paul is an Associate FACTS Trainer and SE Region Client Services Representative. [Email: paul.h@facts-aircare.com] Rick Kernes, EMT.D; Rick has over 19 years of experience with Oklahoma City Fire Department, including Search and Rescue Team Leader at the Murrah Building bombing incident. He is a member of the USAR Team, Underwater Rescue /Recovery Team, Hazardous Materials Response Team (Haz-Mat Director rating), departmental EMS Instructor, and has Airport Crash/Fire Rescue experience gained through work with airport firefighters. Rick is an Associate Trainer for FACTS Training /AirCare International. [Email: rick.k@facts-aircare.com] Dr. Brad E. Waite, D.O.; Brad has been Board Certified in Emergency Medicine since 1987. He is currently a protocol review physician with the Western Institutional Review Board; an emergency physician in Olympia, WA; as well as the drug testing crew chief for the US Olympic Committee. Brad has been a flight surgeon and the Chief of Aeromedical Services at McChord Air Force Base. He is a private pilot, FAA Senior Medical Examiner and the Medical Program Director for FACTS Training/AirCare International. |
